About
A quiet place for the next chapter.
DivorceAve was built for a specific kind of person: an adult who has already lived a full life once — with a partner, maybe with kids, with a whole world that used to make sense — and is now figuring out what the next version looks like.
We noticed the internet doesn't really have a home for that person. The big dating apps are designed for people in their twenties. The support groups are helpful but temporary. The lifestyle magazines assume you're either married or single in the traditional sense. But being divorced isn't a defect or a phase — it's a chapter. And the people in that chapter deserve a home that treats them like adults.
So we're building one. Slowly. Honestly. In a way that respects what people actually need.
What we do now
For the moment, DivorceAve is a publication. We write one article a week on dating after divorce, co-parenting, the second chapter, the weird stuff nobody warned us about. The articles are free, always. You can read them here, on our blog, or get them delivered privately to your inbox by subscribing.
What's coming
The bigger vision is a private members-only community — a place where verified adults who've been through it can actually meet each other, message each other, and build real connections. Without the manipulation, without the ads, without the data broker economy that most dating platforms depend on.
We're building this one deliberately, in waves. Subscribers to the newsletter get first access when it's ready. If you'd like to be one of the first inside, the signup is at the bottom of any article.
What we won't do
We won't sell your data. We won't rent it to advertisers. We won't train AI models on your messages, your photos, or anything else you share with us. We won't manipulate you with retention notifications. We won't make your account impossible to delete.
Every one of those is standard practice at the platforms you're used to. None of them are here.
Who we are
DivorceAve is a project of Emooze, LLC, a US company built for this. We're not funded by a data broker. We aren't owned by Match Group or any other dating conglomerate. We answer to our members, and we exist because we thought this particular corner of the internet deserved better than what it has.
If you'd like to reach us for anything — a comment on an article, a suggestion, a story, a complaint — write to info@divorceave.com. A real person reads every message.
